This team has been working previously with games like Alan Wake, Halo 5, Ori and the Blind Forest, Quantum Break, Crossfire 2, Operation Flashpoint, as well as with Need for Speed and Ridge Racer franchises. There's movie/TV background too: 11 Pixar Movies(Wall-E, Brave, Cars 2, Toy Story 2-3, Ratatouille etc.), 24, Prometheus, Gravity, Chunk and Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
The 3rd Eye tech team is focused on developing innovative, next-generation tools and technology solutions for studios of all sizes and ambitions - for games as well as multimedia content on mobile/PC/console/AR/VR/MR platforms.

Veli - CTO, CO-FOUNDER
Worked as 2D Lead Programmer at Unity, created animation and 2D frameworks. Has worked in the game industry over 15 years, latest title BAFTA-winning Ori and the Blind Forest.
Kari - LEAD ARTIST, CO-FOUNDER
12 years in the games industry. Worked at Remedy, RedLynx and Bugbear as Senior Artist. Latest titles were all time fastest selling new Xbox One IP, Quantum Break and Crossfire 2.
tapio - LEAD PROGRAMMER, CO-FOUNDER
Worked as Lead Programmer at Bugbear, one of the biggest AAA studios in Finland.

Over 15 years of financial management, coordination and team leading experience Worked for Helsinki GameWorks and Armada Interactive at start-up phase, over 8 years insider knowledge of games
Braulio - Senior Artist
Over a decade of experience in movies and game industry development as a 3D Artist. Worked at Zoic Studios, 1st Playable Productions and Liquid Development developing titles like Halo5, Need for Speed, Cartoon Network Ben 10, SMITE, Frozen and Big Hero 6 Brand. Latest work taking part of Microsofts VR HoloLens related projects.
Juha - Senior TOOLS DEVELOPER
Created best-selling plugins for Unity Asset Store.
Worked 6 years for Unity, the founder of Unity 2D team.
Tomas - TECH LEAD
Over 10 years in the games industry. Built tech for the Operation Flashpoint franchise at Codemasters and performed various roles at Unity Technologies including leading platform and editor feature development.

Worked as Senior Narrative Designer at Remedy on Quantum Break, Cross Fire 2 and P7. Also worked as a Animation, Crowd or FX Technical Director at Framestore, MPC, Dr. D Studios and Animal Logic on Gravity, World War Z, Jack the Giant Slayer, Prometheus, Happy Feet 2, Sucker Punch and Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Gahoole. Part of the Academy, BAFTA, Golden Globe and VES Award winning Gravity visual effects team.
